Some of the specialties include sauro meatballs, an elaboration of bluefish or "poor" fish, anchovies a beccafico, stuffed sauro, squid stuffed in sauce, and mussels stuffed and tied one by one in sauce. Each recipe is slightly revisited to add a touch of modernity but retains the authentic aromas and flavors of Mediterranean tradition and the Capo Peloro fishing village.
